Production begins for the fourth season of Longmire in March, and to get everyone excited Katee Sackhoff has decided to share a photo from the set.

Will Netflix Bring 'Longmire' To The Emmys In 2015?

'Longmire' Prepping A Sensitive New Story? 

Sackhoff joined Instagram on Aug. 12 shortly after Longmire was cancelled on A&E, though she rarely uses the account.

Now that production is coming up, however, the actress might just start posting more.

A&E shocked many fans went it chose to give Longmire the axe after the end of its third season. At the time of cancellation, the crime drama had been the network's highest-rated scripted drama and second highest-rated series totally behind the reality show Duck Dynasty. Support rolled in from fans on social media, who quickly flocked to keep the spirit of the series alive in one of the biggest campaigns for a cancelled show to date.

For months Longmire went without a network before Netflix stepped in and picked the program up in December. Writers immediately returned to work penning the new episodes, which will begin development over the next few months.

Longmire will likely return for a fourth season on Netflix during the later half of 2015.
