Back in May, Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez were involved in an alleged fight with a photographer trying to grab a shot of them as they were leaving a movie theatre in California and thought the photographer called the police, the couple had left by the time they showed up.

TMZ reported on Aug. 2 that the District Attorney's office was given the file for review in June and law enforcement sources told the gossip site that they are now planning to do an interview with Bieber and Gomez for more information on the case.

So far, no contact has been made by the two sides, according to the site, however they plan to proceed shortly.

Enstarz reported on Aug. 31 about another incident in California with the Bieber and the paparazzi, which resulted in two photographers losing control of their cars and smashing into one another.

Not specified whether he was a passenger or a driver, the singer was heading down Ventura Blvd. in his Fisker Karma when a police officer spotted a Nissan tailgating "aggressively close behind" Bieber, according to TMZ.

The cop allegedly made a quick decision to pull over the 18-year-old for having tinted windows, thinking the following car would most likely stop; he was right.

However, it ended up that the Nissan was being driven by a Bieber security member. As the officer was talking to the "Boyfriend" singer, two photographers allegedly lost control of their vehicles and hit each other upon reaching the premises.
