A new sneak peek video reveals that Charlie will finally hear from Nick in the next episode of State of Affairs.

Is 'State of Affairs' Going To Be Cancelled?

On Friday, Fashion & Style posted a sneak peek of the next episode of State of Affairs where Charlie finally gets a call from Nick.

Nick, who is still with Fatah, asks Charlie is there are any "guardian angels" or backup on the Bellerophon operation.

Nick seems worried when Charlie tells him that there are none: "I'm going to have to do something, Charlie, and it's better that you don't know about it."

After the conversation, Fatah hands Nick a gun.

This episode, entitled The War At Home, has the team set out to find bombs planted by the American Ar Rissalah terrorists who are now in custody, reported Fashion & Style.

The CIA team will reportedly be forced to request the help of Professor Ahmad who was previously detained and questioned about involvement with Ar Rissalah.

The site also mentioned that President Payton will come under fire for her close ties to the CIA in the next episode. Senator Burke will also apparently cause problems and Operation Bellerophon could be in trouble when Nick and Fatah pick up a tail in the Philippines.
