The photo that was posted on Sunday shows the gold medal winner in a grey T-shirt with a cap on her head while wearing tight pants. She stands in a side shot where she takes the picture with her phone in front of a mirror. According to the caption, Maroney was "keep'n it lowkey."

A number of her followers have commented on this photo where all they could talk about was the gymnast's backside.

Maroney has more than 600,000 followers on Instagram making her one of the most popular celebrities on the Internet. While she's known for her flips, splits and talented ability to swing over the vault, she's also known for her natural selfies on social media.

A couple weeks ago, the gymnast celebrated with pop singer Cody Simpson on his birthday based on a video that Maroney posted on Instagram. A group of friends (where one of them just so happens to look like Miley Cyrus) are all singing to Simpson as they bring out a cake. He looks pretty stoked to see this giant dessert with candles as he blows them out and looks overjoyed. As the video continues, it becomes noticeable that Simpson was lucky enough to get two cakes on his birthday.
