A proposal and engagement on Fox's Empire reveals Cookie might still have feelings for her ex-husband Lucious Lyon.

While Cookie and Lucious have been going head-to-head since she was released from jail in the series opener, she definitely feels a way when he pops the question to his longtime girlfriend and business partner Anika.

Interestingly enough, Cookie attends the engagement announcement, but makes it clear she's not happy about it at all. Still, Lucious' sneaky son Andre looks like he can't be more excited.

Cookie and Lucious' history is quite a dramatic one. Cookie had no say in their divorce as Lucious not only sent her the papers while she was in jail, but he let Cookie spend 17 years in jail after one of their drug deals went bad. He also used the money to start the extremely successful company Empire to begin with.

Also in the coming episode, Jamal and Hakeem's attempts to hide their sibling rivalry gets physical after someone gets shot while Hakeem is trying to make a music video. Hakeem takes a jab at Jamal and reminds him that he is still working on a single, while Hakeem is making his way to "iconic" status. The two then throw blows at one another.

Cookie is also running for her life and reveals, "Someone is trying to kill me." She even labels herself a "dead b---- walking" after she realizes federal agents can't protect her from the mystery persona after her life.
