Although the couple has yet to confirm any such news, rumor has it Depp, 51, and Heard, 28, will marry in an "intimate ceremony" at his Little Hall’s Pond Cay island home, surrounded by 50 guests, including Depp's children, Lily-Rose, 15, and Jack, 12.

"He's completely in love and can't wait," a source told E! News on Tuesday.

How Amber Heard Supported Johnny Depp During Surprise Aerosmith Performance

Depp and Heard met on the set of The Rum Diary in 2010, and began dating in 2012.

Last month, amid reports of an unstable relationship between Depp and Heard, a source confirmed to E! News that the couple was doing just fine.

"Amber and Johnny are really happy, and their relationship is in a really good place," the source said.

According to a report by Page Six last month, Depp and Heard chose the upcoming weekend for their big day because it accomidated both of their hectic schedules.

“She’s filming a movie in London, and he’s getting ready to film the next ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’ in Australia,” the source explained. “So this is the only time that everyone could get together.”

Depp bought his 45-acre private island in 2004 for $3.6 million.

This will be the first marriage for Heard and the second for Depp, who was previously married to Lori Anne Allison.
