Mob Wives fans may be in for a little surprise during Wednesday night's new episode. It looks like reality star Carla Facciolo could be returning to the show during the new episode.

Facciolo was on the first three seasons of the VH1 hit reality show and wasn't invited back due to legal issues, but it looks like she may be joining the cast again.

On Wednesday, the reality star took to Twitter to urge her fans to watch the new episode because it would be full of surprises. Facciolo also shared a photo on Instagram of the original cast from season 1.

Co-star Karen Gravano took to her Instagram page to share a throwback photo of the original cast and the message also alludes to the possibility of Facciolo making an appearance during the new episode.

"I remember taking this pic, the good old days #Mobwives Tonight 8 p.m. You are not gonna want to miss this."

It's unsure how Facciolo's return will play out considering she and Renee Graziano weren't on the best terms. Could Facciolo's return spark more drama on the show or could she help bring peace amongst the rest of ladies?

Mob Wives airs every Wednesday night at 8 p.m. on VH1. Fans can watch a sneak peek of the new episode in the video below.
