The countdown is almost over & the year's most anticipated film is hitting theaters. With Fifty Shades of Grey only hours away from making it's debut, fans around the world couldn't be any more excited.

Fans on Twitter have yet to stop talking about the film's debut and it's pretty safe to say that many will be in theaters on Friday night watching the new movie.

On Thursday, the Fifty Shades Twitter page announced the final countdown, and here's how fans are reacting.

Luckily for fans of the film, they may not even have to wait until Friday to see the movie. On Thursday, Yahoo announced that viewers could visit the Yahoo Movies UK to live stream from the grey carpet and to watch the film when it debuts overseas.

Back in January, Fandango and local movie theaters began selling presale tickets for the film, and the tickets have been selling rapidly.

According to ABC News, Fandango announced that Fifty Shades is already the fastest-selling Rated-R movie in the history of ticket sales.

While the film has yet to make its big screen debut, it's already been deemed a box office success.

Hopefully the fans are ready for their appointment with Mr. Christian Grey because the countdown is almost over.

Fifty Shades of Grey hits theaters on Feb. 13.
