The recently released Jurassic World trailer at the Super Bowl event, featured the first glimpses of the terrifying Indominus Rex.

The clip was aired as a TV spot for the event on February 1. This trailer is much more enticing than the first offficial preview for the movie that was revealed as it finally brings the main beastly villain to fans. Although, we never get a proper look at the dinosaur, parts of the monster are teased. At first a blinking eye from behind the thicket, then a bloodied maw that can be seen with a view of Chris Pratt, who plays Owen, cowering under a car. In another terrifying scene the Indominus Rex is seen smashing the window of a jeep two children, one of whom is played by Bryce Dallas Howard, is seen.

The Jurassic Park films are based on Michael Crichton's series of novels about pre-historic beasts being revived by revolutionary gene technology. Frank Marshall and Pat Crowley are co-producing the film alongside Steven Spielberg, who directed the first two installments in the franchise. Irrfan Khan and Ty Simpkins also star in the movie.
