Empire might be breaking records with its success on Fox but 50 Cent still isn't impressed.

Taraji P. Henson & Terrence Howard Reveal If They've Slept Together In Real Life

The rapper and executive producer for hit series Power on Starz, spoke out about Empire and dissed the show once again.

Despite the harsh story lines that include murder and deceit, the rapper said Empire is still child's play.

He told MTV News Wednesday, "I watched it. It's like 'Glee', it's like 'Glee' but with a little hip hop music in it."

On top of being a little on the softer side, 50 Cent had another critique for the Lee Daniels created show; especially when compared to Power.

"I feel like the story line is moving extremely fast. My character didn'ts how up until episode four in 'Power' because I was in jail for a long period of time. Taraji [P. Henson] came home on the first episode after 17 years...what happened to the rest of the story? I don't know what's going on."

Still, even 50 Cent (real name Curtis Jackson) couldn't deny the success of the show.

"I think it's good. I'm happy that the show is successful," he said shouting out his friends Terrence Howard, who stars as Lucious Lyon on the show, and Timbaland who is the brains behind much of the music featured.

As for Henson, who plays the now infamous Cookie, 50 Cent had a special message for her after the two had a hilarious feud on social media just before the Empire premiere. (See it here)

"Taraji, I'm gonna have to date you one day. We may be together. How you know this ain't the love connection we've been waiting for girl? Don't you be listening to these people when I say things. You know I say things I don't mean."
