On Thursday, Daily Mail shared photos of the singer walking around Beverly HIlls. The 27-year-old radiated confidence as she stepped out with no makeup and a fashionable outfit.

Duff wore her blonde hair back in a ponytail with black leggings, a grey t-shirt, and a green and white jacket.

She accessorized with a huge pair of sunglasses, a large black tote and black and gold strappy sandals. She also wore gold bracelets on her right hand and showed off a small, red heart tattoo on her left forearm.

Duff has been seen a lot with her two-year-old son, Luca, but he was noticeably not with her on this outing. It's possible he was visiting his father and the soon-to-be-ex-husband of Duff, Mike Comrie.

TMZ reported that the actress and singer wants full custody of her son, Luca, and wants Comrie to have visitation but is worried that his partying and drinking may interfere with his well-being and could adversely affect their son.

The former couple reportedly signed a prenup when they wed, but neither are struggling with finances. Duff allegedly just wants to make sure her earnings and possessions remain hers.

The two married in 2010 and when they separated, Duff's mom, Susan, reportedly said, "They're better friends than a married couple."
