After being spotted together in Los Angeles and spending time together in NYC, reps for the Wolf Of Wall Street actor are setting the record straight.

On Thursday, Cosmopolitan reported that a DiCaprio's reps are denying his relationship with the 'Four Five Seconds' singer. According to the site, a recent statement was released that read, "Leo and Rihanna are just friends. Leo is and has been single for some time."

Page Six accompanied that statement by reporting that the actor was seen leaving a party holding hands with a model.

Earlier this week, a new photo of Rihanna and her rumored beau finally emerged and has since been taking over the Internet.

On Monday, TMZ reported that Rih and DiCaprio have been hooking up for three months, but it's still not exclusive.

Those rumors could be true, but it's hard to believe because Rih Rih and DiCaprio were seen spending Valentine's Day weekend together in New York.

The rumored couple was spotted leaving 1 Oak together and the next day they were seen at Paul McCartney's secret concert at the Irving Plaza.

Back in January Hollywood Life reported that RiRi and her new beau were heading to Barbados soon because DiCaprio is finally meeting the singer's family.
