This has been a hard year for actress Erin Moran.

After recently experiences a rash of financial and family troubles, the former "Happy Days" star is now homeless.

Moran and her husband, Steve Fleischmann, have had a tough time finding permanent living situations over the past year. The couple was evicted from their home in California, which led to them living with his mother in New Salisbury, Indiana. Now Moran, 51, and Fleischmann have been kicked out of the trailer park that they've resided in since early this summer.

According to the National Enquirer , the couple's troubles began after they lost their California home. A friend of theirs told the Enquirer, "Life hasn't been kind to Erin since the foreclosure of her home."

The friend added the following: "She [Erin Moran] and Steve moved in with his ailing mother at the trailer park a few weeks back. Erin is like an angel to her mother-in-law. She cooks and cleans for her, and takes care of her personal hygiene. But to look at Erin today you'd never know she was once one of TV's biggest stars. Her peaches-and-cream complexion is a maze of wrinkles and crow's feet. She's aged terribly."

The couple was reportedly kicked out of her mother-in-law's trailer because Moran was spending too much time partying. A source for the Enquirer stated, "Erin was going out to bars and coming home at all hours of the night, sometimes with her rowdy bar friends, and Steve's mom just couldn't take it anymore."

Moran and Fleischmann are currently living off the last of a $65,000 settlement for merchandising royalties they got from CBS back in July, The Daily Mail reported.

The actress famous for her role as "Joanie Cunningham" on the sitcom "Happy Days" has had a hard time finding acting work since the 1970's show stopped taping. She starred in the show from 1974 to 1984 and had a spinoff with Scott Baio called "Joanie Loves Chachi," which lasted for only a year on the air. Her last television appearance was on VH1's "Celebrity Fit Club: Boot Camp," which aired in 2008.
