He made a big show about promising to treat everyone at Forrester Creations better than he had in an effort to convince his father he was doing a good job as CEO, but Rick's (Jacob Young) inability to keep up with those promises at home will cause some backlash on The Bold and the Beautiful.

Nicole Becomes A Threat To Rick and Maya's Happiness

At the mansion, he has been practically abusing Aly (Ashlyn Pearce) on the pretense that if she doesn't do what he says, she won't get to launch her shoe line after all-and though having to do things like prepare snacks for him and Maya (Karla Mosley), rub Maya's feet, and give up her bedroom for Maya's sister Nicole (Reign Edwards) all don't make Aly happy, she feels as though she has no choice but to do whatever Rick asks of her.

"He's giving me a shot with my shoe line. I don't want to mess that up okay?" she says to ivy (Ashleigh brewer) in a preview clip for the Wednesday, March 11 episode.

Maya Questions Nicole's Motives

However, Ivy will have a hard time keeping her mouth shut anymore after Rick starts to bring some of that behavior back into the office as well-and as a result, she will tell him off for treating his own family members like garbage-putting Maya in her place at the same time.

"What I'm expecting of you, is that at the very least you start treating us like valued employees!" she says to Rick in the clip.

"Rick treats everyone like a valued employee," Maya interjects.

"Could you NOT?" Ivy replies. "Because I'm here talking to my cousin, not his girlfriend."

The Bold and the Beautiful airs Monday-Friday at 1:30 p.m. on CBS.
