Joe Giudice has spoken out on rumors that he is cheating on his wife, Teresa Giudice of Bravo's The Real Housewives of New Jersey, while she's in jail.

On the heels of reports that he was caught kissing a mystery blonde, Jamie Jackson, at an Atlantic City hotel, Joe broke his silence.

"No, I did not flirt with her. I did not make out with her, nothing happened between us. Everything 'InTouch [Weekly]' is saying that happened between us are lies," he told Us Weekly.

He also said that Teresa was fully aware that he had gone to Atlantic City multiple times since she began her 15-month sentence on Jan. 5.

Jackson has also shared her peace in an attempt to clear her name.

"I definitely never slept with him... nothing happened with me and Joe, I didn't know him prior, nothing inappropriate happened at any time," she told Us Weekly. "We did not hook up, kiss, or anything more. I saw him at the two business meals and nothing more, it's all made up bulls---. I'm not sure what juicy photos they could get, we were just sitting at a table with others at a business dinner."

Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi, formerly of Jersey Shore, recently dished on rumors that Joe was cheating on Teresa as well. She even said, "Apparently Teresa Giudice had a nice Valentine's Day because her husband Joe went to visit her. I heard he's cheating on her, is that true?? Awful! But he went to visit her and he couldn't bring flowers or chocolates, which is sad. And no hugging or kissing was allowed."

Teresa is serving her sentence at Danbury Correctional Facility in Connecticut after the couple pleaded guilty for fraud. Joe was sentenced to more than three years. He's slated to begin his sentence after Teresa is free.
