It looks as though Bethenny Frankel and Jason Hoppy are still having a hard time getting along, even though there are supposed to be co-parenting their 4-year-old daughter Bryn together. There's a new report that says Hoppy called an emergency hearing after Frankel's unexpected movers upset their daughter when they showed up at Hoppy's apartment without any prior warning.

According to Celebitchy on Thursday, things just seem to be going from bad to worse between Frankel and Hoppy as they are making no effort to communicate with each other, even though Bryn splits her time between her two parents.

A source said, "Jason's attorneys told the judge that Bethenny has bought a new apartment and she was taking her remaining things out of the Tribeca place. The problem was, Bryn was home and the moving crew scared her," the source explained. "She started hysterically crying and Jason was furious so he immediately called his lawyers, who called the judge."

The insider added that the judge has called a hearing for next month, in hopes that Frankel and Hoppy's divorce will finalized. The ex-couple announced their separation back in December 2012.

Meanwhile, Hoppy isn't the only person Frankel is angering these days. Rumor has it that Frankel is angering her fellow Real Housewives of New York co-stars with her diva demands while she is allegedly using the show to promote her new book, I Suck at Relationships So You Don't Have To: 10 Rules for Not Screwing Up Your Happily Ever After.

According to the New York Daily News on Friday, the other housewives, which include Ramona Singer, Sonja Morgan, LuAnn de Lesseps, and more, are livid that Frankel is getting all of the attention while they are supposed to promote the show as a team.

One source told the site, "We all thought it was season seven of the show, but apparently it is 'Bethenny's return' season. Everyone has been asking for the promotion schedule for the show, where the ladies go to talk about the new season, what talk shows, radio and print interviews have been scheduled. But so far they've gotten silence."
