Their real identities have both been shrouded in quite a large amount of mystery since they both arrived in Port Charles, but now, the truth about both Jake (Billy Miller) and Jordan (Vinessa Antoine) could be revealed on General Hospital.

Spinelli & Nathan Continue Their Battle For Maxie

Jake hasn't been intentionally hiding his identity, because he truly has no idea who he really is-and the brain surgery to remove the chip Helena (Constance Towers) had implanted in his brain didn't reveal any clues either. However, now, as he is checked out of the hospital and prepares to begin his new life as a double agent for the cops in effort to take down Julian Jerome (Michael DeVry), his real identity could finally be exposed.

Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) was also at the hospital after Georgie came down with the flu, and while catching up with Sam (Kelly Monaco), he catches sight of Jake-and is floored when he recognizes him to be the long believed dead Jason.

Julian Prepares To Rebuild His Organization

"It's Jason! He...He's alive!" he shouts in a preview clip for the Thursday, March 12 episode, while pointing at the back of Jake/Jason's head.

Unfortunately since Jake doesn't remember being Jason, he will likely tell Spinelli he is wrong-but the hacker could make it his mission to prove that the unknown man is exactly who he says he is.

Meanwhile, Jordan has been working undercover for nearly a year in Port Charles, trying to take down both sides of the mob first by working with Julian, and now by joining Duke's (Ian Buchanan) side. However, after seeming suspicious to Shawn (Sean Butler) for a while, her identity will now be compromised when he finally realizes she has been acting as a double agent the entire time.

"You're working for the cops aren't you?" Shawn asks her in the clip.

General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 3 p.m. on ABC.
