Beckett Jealous Of Hong Kong Detective In New 'Castle' Sneak Peek

ABC has released a plot synopsis for the upcoming 19th episode of season 7 of Castle, titled Habeas Corpse.

"When Richie 'The Pitbull' Falco, a larger-than-life personal-injury attorney is found dead, Beckett and Castle investigate the many clients and competitors who had motive to kill him," the synopsis reads. "But the mystery deepens when they discover a shocking secret that may be linked to Richie's murder."

Ryan Deals With The Shooting of a Congressman In An Upcoming Episode of 'Castle'

Based on the synopsis, this episode may be more of a procedural case-of-the-week types of episodes rather than having any grand mythology in the arc of the show. Castle has been featuring plenty of plot over the past few episodes, having now wrapped up the Jerry Tyson (Michael Mosley) and Dr. Kelly Nieman (Annie Wersching) storyline.

The show also featured the wedding of Castle and Beckett earlier in the season.

Castle is now heading into its final few episodes as the future of the show is uncertain. Stars Fillion and Katic have apparently yet to renew their contracts for season 8 and beyond, with ABC not yet announcing if the show will be renewed beyond the current seventh season.

Castle airs Mondays at 10 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.
