A new report reveals that Peter Dinklage might be joining Christian Bale and Rosamund Pike starrer The Deep Blue Good-By.

Variety reported that the Game of Thrones actor was in talks with the producers to score a part in the film, which is is based on the Tavis McGee series (1964) by John D. MacDonald. Bale is set to plays the protagonist, Travis McGee, who is a consultant who helps salvage his clients' property and in the process gets himself in all kinds of situations and encounters. James Mangold is directing the film adaptation. The report does not reveal any details about the part Dinklage might be playing.

Leonard DiCarpio is a co-producer for the film.

Now that Game of Thrones is back with its final chapter, Dinklage is capturing fans' imagination as Tyrian Lannister. But fans can also expect to see him soon on the big screen in Pixels, which is set to release in July. In the movie Dinklage plays Sam Brenner's (Adam Sandler) former enemy in the video-gaming arena. But he returns as part of the team of Arcaders whom Sam will direct against a battle against aliens who threaten to take over the world. The film also stars Kevin James, Michelle Monaghan, Josh Gad, and Brian Cox.

Dinklage is also set to appear in Angry Birds and Michelle Darnell, movies he is currently filming for.
