What better way to celebrate a new body-loving episode of The Mindy Project by showing off your own beautiful body?
During the new episode What To Expect When You're Expanding, Kaling's character, which happens to be an expectant mother, is forced to love and embrace her new body as her physique undergoes a series of changes due to her pregnancy.
Mindy has to regain her lost self confidence after she gains a little bit of pregnancy weight and with the help of her cousin, she begins to accept her body and she realizes that she's still beautiful.
Body image is only one of the many societal issues that the show deals with and it's clear that the actress wants to promote confidence and the acceptance of the body.
