Get ready to be excited for season 3 of Masters of Sex.

Allison Janney & Beau Bridges Will Return To 'Masters Of Sex'

According to Design & Trend, it appears that both Margaret and Barton Scully will be returning to the show after not appearing since the first season.

The two were dealing with the fact that Barton was actually gay, which was pretty taboo at the time.

Teddy Sears May No Longer Star in 'Masters Of Sex'?

Michelle Ashford told E! News that even though she is uncertain on what state the two would be returning in, she is happy they will both be back.

"I will say you will see both of them back for sure...They're now in our world and, as much as they can, given their other commitments, they are going to stay in our world because we just realized what they bring is so rich." Ashford stated.

Since Janney has limited time to commit to the show, the producers are going to try to make her story extra good for viewers.

"Can Allison be in every episode? That'd be tough. But can she have a great story? Yeah!" said Ashford.

The real-life Masters and Johnson released their first major research paper, "Human Sexual Response" in 1966, catapulting them into the spotlight. Ashford recently confirmed that the release of this paper would emerge during season 3. This has led fans to believe that there will, indeed, be another time jump at the beginning of the season.
