There's a new report that says her brother Randy Spelling has recently reached out to help his sister as he think she is living an "unhealthy" life right now.

According to In Touch Weekly on Friday, Rande, who is also a life coach, is concerned about his famous sister and her marriage to Dean McDermott. The couple have been trying to rebuild their relationship after he allegedly cheated on her with a fan last year.

An insider said, "He feels bad for his sister. He saw how unhealthy her life is right now and offered assistance. He wants her to start by prioritizing what's important and getting spiritual help for her issues."

Spelling was recently forced to defend herself after their were reports that she was hospitalized once again. The actress blasted reports that she's suffered yet another "breakdown" and instead says that she's been dealing with major migraines instead. 

The mother-of-four took to her Twitter account last Saturday to dispel rumors by writing, "I wish the media would stop making it so dramatic/scary 4 my family, friends, & fans... I have horrific migraines. I'm ALWAYS open about that!"

Spelling and her husband Dean McDermott have four children together, Liam, Stella, Hattie and Finn. She will be back on the small screen for the third season of her hit reality show, True Tori, later this year.
