The rumored participant in Hulk Hogan's leaked sex tape was confirmed by the former wrestler to be Heather Clem, his best friend's ex-wife.

Hogan confirmed the reports in an exclusive interview with radio shock jock Howard Stern.

Hogan's interview with Stern provided several shocking revelations: his best friend, Bubba the Love Sponge gave him permission to have sex with his ex-wife Heather Clem. Hogan had sex with Clem while he was still married to ex-wife Linda Hogan. He will press charges once he finds out who recorded the sexual romp and leaked it.

Hulk confessed that he performed the dirty deed with Clem six years, while he was married to Linda. He shared that Linda's emotional and verbal abuse during their marriage led him to have the extramarital affair.

The Hogans, however, divorced after Linda learned of another extramarital affair - with Christiane Plante. The affair with Clem is confirmed to be Hulk's second affair during their marriage. Since the divorce, Hulk has since remarried.

Reports are speculating that Bubba may be the one who recorded the affair without Hogan's knowledge. The tape in question was filmed at Clem's house and according to a report, it is Hogan's best friend in the video giving the former wrestler his blessing to do the dirty deed with Clem.

It was reported on Aug. 5 that a sex tape featuring Hulk Hogan was leaked online.

Gawker.com obtained the 30-minute, 17-second long video and claimed they received the one-minute tape anonymously and at no charge.

According to The Hollywood Gossip, Hulk wasn't happy with his performance shown in the tape.

A porn company has reached out to Hogan with a generous offer of "an open checkbook" if he gives them permission to put his recently leaked sex tape on their website.

Sex.com, a website that claims to offer the "biggest and best collection of 'pinned' adult content" online, have asked the former professional wrestler for the rights to feature his sexual romp that was recorded and leaked without his permission.

TMZ acquired a copy of the offer letter from Sex.com to Hogan. The company, which describes itself as self-admitted "Hulkamaniacs," wrote that they would like to speak to Hogan because they imagined the sex tape scandal is an "embarrassing ordeal... (and) it doesn't need to be."
