He's finally learned the truth about his ex, and now, Carter (Lawrence St. Victor) will be forced to make a huge decision concerning her massive secret on The Bold and the Beautiful.

Maya Begs Carter To Keep Her Secret

Carter overheard Maya (Karla Mosley) and Nicole's (Reign Edwards) fight where Nicole called her sister Myron-her birth name, as she is transgender and was born in a male body. Naturally, he was shocked by the revelation because of his own history with Maya-and he was pissed off and disgusted that she never told him the truth while they were together.

However, now, despite Maya's promises that she would tell Rick (Jacob Young) the truth if he proposed to her, Carter isn't buying it, since an engagement between them still didn't bring the truth out until now. And because his best interests are all invested in Forrester Creations, he will warn Maya that her secret isn't safe with him-and if she doesn't tell Rick, then he will.

Maya Makes Rick Suspicious

"There is no way I'm letting you keep this from Rick," he says to her in a preview clip for the Tuesday, April 7 episode.

Maya may continue trying to beg him to understand and will continue pleading that he not rat her out, which could cause Carter to call her a man-something that Maya will find hurtful and won't react well to.

"I have never been a man no matter what my body looked like!" she screams at him in the clip.

Now, Maya's fate truly rests solely in Carter's hands.

The Bold and the Beautiful airs Monday-Friday at 1:30 p.m. on CBS.
