Mark those calendars, Mistresses fans. A premiere date for the third season has finally been announced.

Chatter On Alyssa Milano's Replacement On 'Mistresses'

On Wednesday, TV Line announced that the ABC drama will return on Thursday, June 18 at 9 p.m. ET. And not only that, but the premiere episode will last for two whole hours.

Random details on the new season have been released here and there on what's going to happen with the ladies and their lives revolving around friendship, romance and work. A new character named Blair is expected to appear as April's new love interest.

Is Alyssa Milano Going To Return To 'Mistresses' For Just One Episode?

According to TV Line, Blair (Brian White) will have "authority and strength" as he portrays the headmaster at the school of April's daughter.

Another big deal that will take place is Savi's replacement played by actress Jennifer Esposito. She will play a new woman named Calista as she fills in the spot that Alyssa Milano had.

Milano announced last fall that she would not return to the series due to relocation issues. Since she has a husband and two children, she did not want to have to move to a new place.

"After two wonderful seasons in Los Angeles, the studio has decided to shoot season three of Mistresses in Vancouver, Canada for financial reasons," the actress said in a statement, posted on The Hollywood Reporter. "It's with a heavy heart that I have decided that I can't relocate. I have two babies under four. Being a mother and wife comes first and I just cannot uproot my children and separate the family by moving away."
