Tyler Baltierra isn't in agreement with the rules in place for his daughter, Carly.

Catelynn Lowell Responds To Breakup Rumors

After sharing a video collage of Carly, who was adopted five years ago by Brandon and Theresa Davis, Baltierra revealed the couple was "upset," and didn't want their daughter to be a part of his social media feed. Looking back, Baltierra says their feud is about power.

“I feel like with Brandon and Theresa and me, it’s more like a power struggle — who’s got the power to make certain decisions,” Baltierra said in a Teen Mom OG: Featured Moment on Wednesday, via MTV News. “And I completely agree and understand that it is their child. They are raising her. The only thing that connects to me is biologically, which I get.”

Although Lowell and Baltierra signed away rights to Carly in 2009, Baltierra wishes they were able to share more of her life with the Davis family.

“The bottom line is, you wouldn’t have that family you have if it wasn’t for me,” he continued.

Lowell, meanwhile, shared a different opinion. While she enjoys sharing photos of her daughter with fans, her main concern is being able to stay involved in Carly's life, and doesn't feel that social media should come in between that.

“I didn’t want to jeopardize our relationship with them and Carly,” Lowell explained. “I think that was my biggest thing, ’cause they told us so many times not to post pictures.”

Teen Mom OG airs on Mondays at 10 p.m. on MTV.
