Tamar Braxton Addresses Rumors She's Having Money Problems 'You Are Sending Me To The Hospital'

Apparently a nanny who helped Braxton with her and husband Vincent Herbert's son Logan has decided to take legal action against the Love & War singer. The nanny has claimed that she was not paid the full amount she negotiated for.

She added that she didn't know that she would be required to go on tour with Braxton just three days after her interview for the position. She said that the famous couple insisted to pay her under the table -- without any type of contract or accounting book. She maintains that she was offered $37.50 an hour, which would add up to $1,500 a week.

Atlanta blogger Funky Dineva got a hold of the legal documents and posted it to his site. See it here.

Part of the complaint reads, "We have requested payroll and personnel records but the employer has refused to produce them within 21 days of our request..."

The nanny and the lawyer have claimed the nanny is owed a total of $161,060.00 For the breakdown, $18,750.00 was listed in regular wages. But a whopping $120,150.00 was claimed for overtime wages.

This isn't the first time Braxton and Herbert have been accused of not paying for work they received. Rapper Yung Berg said that he worked on Braxton's hit single The One and "everybody else got paid but me," he told The Breakfast Club back in December.

But when the ordeal hit social media, Herbert called him and Yung Berg got his payment not too long following that. See his comments at the 9:24 mark below.
