On last night's season 5 reunion of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Kim claimed Kyle immediately publicized Kingsley's attack on Alexia Umansky by sharing photos from the child's hospitalization on Instagram. However, according to Kyle, she never mentioned the reason behind Umansky's hospital visit.

"I never said it was my sisters dog," Kyle wrote on Tuesday, after a fan accused her of "humiliating" Kim with the photos. A short time later, after a second fan suggested she should have kept the attack private, Kyle confirmed, "I never mentioned my sister or her dog on social media."

During Tuesday's reunion, Kim alleged Kyle made a mockery of her on social media, by sharing photos of Umansky receiving medical care.

"Slumber party at Cedars Sinai Hospital with @alexiaumansky @farrahbritt @sophiakylieee," Kyle wrote with the first photo of Umansky in the hospital, which was shared on Instagram on Nov. 4, 2014. An hour later, she shared a second photo, with the caption, "When life gives you lemons ....make lemonade."

Umansky was attacked by Kim's dog, Kingsley, in early November at Kim's Beverly Hills home. After the attack, Umansky was rushed to Cedars Sinai in Los Angeles, where she underwent multiple surgeries.
