While Scott Disick seemed to be doing well in staying away from the alcohol after his rehab stint, his issues resurface on E!'s Keeping Up With The Kardashians at what could be one of the most terrible times.

In a trailer for the upcoming episode to air this Sunday, Disick turns to liquor during Kris Jenner's lavish birthday party.

Jenner had already told him, "You need to lay off the alcohol."

But when they arrived at the party, it seemed like he let her command go in one ear and out of the other. The cameras spotted Disick tipping up the bottle multiple times through the night. Jenner was clearly livid and said, "I can't believe he got drunk."

Disick is clearly out of it when he yells something at Jenner. It's difficult to understand what he's saying because of his slurred words. But then he gets closer and touches her face before she calls him a jerk.

As for his longtime girlfriend Kourtney Kardashian, she's out making a name for herself as she takes on a nude photo shoot and sports her baby bump. Disick and Kardashian's younger sister Kim Kardashian on set to support her as the photographers let her know how well she's doing.

But it was Disick's reaction that made Kourtney get rid of any questions of whether he's attracted to her.

"I didn't even know you were this pretty. I learned something new every day. She does look quite amazing. She's really got a glow to her. I'm pretty proud of her."
