Hayden Panettiere's fiancé boxer Wladimir Klitschko has sparked a lot of controversy after he was seen playing with his new 5-month-old daughter Kaya in the middle of the ocean.

In some new photos obtained by TMZ, Klitschko took his daughter out into the ocean during their stay in Miami and he's seen throwing her into the air while standing waist deep in the water.

In the video, which can be seen below, it looks as if Klitschko is going into the waves while holding his daughter and some think that Panettiere will be very upset when she sees the new pictures.

The Nashville actress, who sat down with Kelly Ripa and Michael Strahan, clearly trusts her fiancé and knows that he is stronger than ever and while visiting the show Live! With Kelly and Michael, she said that after giving birth, the boxer has gotten a lot more aggressive and protective.

Klitschko will fight Bryan Jennings for the Heavy Weight Championship title on Saturday at Madison Square Garden in NYC, and while the actress does have her reservations about the sport, she's confident that her husband-to-be will do just fine.

When asked about jumping in the ring when her fiancé gets hit the actress responded, "It is my urge. But you know what? I've learned that none of my reactions can change what's going to happen in the ring...I have all the faith in the world in him, and in fact, I think being a father has made him even more aggressive and dangerous."
