Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green secrety delivered their first child, a son named Noah, last month.

The high-profile couple shocked the world on Wednesday, Oct. 17 when E! Online reported the news first. Later, Fox posted a statement with more details on her Facebook fan page.

"We have been very lucky to have had a peaceful few weeks at home, but I would like to release this myself before others do. I gave birth to our son Noah Shannon Green on September 27th. He is healthy, happy, and perfect," she wrote.

"We are humbled to have the opportunity to call ourselves the parents of this beautiful soul and I am forever grateful to God for allowing me to know this kind of boundless, immaculate love. Thanks to those of you who wish to send your positive energy and well wishes. May God bless you and your families abundantly."

The "Friends with Kids" actress Fox and her husband Green, an alum of the 90s hit "Beverly Hills 90210," stayed entirely quiet about their child throughout her pregnancy. Reports were confirmed in late June when pictures emerged that featured a very pregnant Fox in Hawaii with Green. After the release, the couple still remained mum about the subject.

Fox, 26, and Green, 39, married in a private ceremony in Hawaii in June 2010.

Baby Noah is Fox's first child. Green has a son, Kassius, 10, from a previous relationship with Vanessa Marcil.
