During an appearance on Millionaire Matchmaker star Patti Stanger's Podcast, the Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member opened up about her sister-on-law, Giudice, who is currently serving a 15-month prison term at the federal correctional facility in Danbury, Conn.

"I really don't want to discuss Teresa," Gorga told Stanger, before adding, via a Daily Dish report on Tuesday, "She's doing well. Everything is great—I wouldn't say great, but you know what I'm saying. She's doing as well as she could be."

Earlier this year, while appearing on Good Day NY, Gorga confirmed she hadn't yet visited Giudice, but said she was in contact with her husband's sister through letters.

She also revealed Giudice was doing "really well, really well. I think it's not easy being away from the children. I think that's the hardest part. There is a limited amount of free time. She's always on the phone with her mother and her children."

As for Giudice's daughters, Gorga said she'd seen them on occassion.

"They see my mother-in-law a lot. My mother-in-law helps out a lot. And I see my mother-in-law a lot," she explained. "And I'm constantly saying, 'What can I do? [Who] can I drive? Where can I bring them?' But they keep saying they got it, they got it. Everybody's good."
