Dean McDermott might be keeping the door open for another reality television show, but he doesn't want to expose his personal family life and marriage again. The Hollywood actor, who stared in True Tori with his wife Tori Spelling last year, says he doesn't want to tackle "relationship stuff" on television again.

According to E! Online on Tuesday, McDermott says that even though the reality show revealed the ups and downs of his marriage, it was also a great learning experience for him and his wife. The couple almost broke up after reports indicated that McDermott cheated on his wife with a Canadian fan back in 2013.

He said, "It certainly expedited things with what we needed to work on. But I'd rather do fun stuff with the family. I got a couple Cooking Channel specials coming out and I'd like to get back to acting, which is my first love."

McDermott also added that things have never been better between him and his wide. When asked about his marriage, he said, "Amazing, everything is great with mama. She's great."

"The good in all of that is that it really got the two of us on track as a couple and really got our communication skills working," he admitted to Fox 411 in a separate interview this week. "It got me sober and in recovery and it changed our lives."

McDermott and Spelling have been married since 2006. The couple have four children together, Liam, Stella, Hattie and Finn, along with the actor's son Jack from a previous marriage.
