Pamela Anderson is officially divorced.

Pamela Anderson Files For Divorce From Rick Salomon For The Third Time

On Wednesday, the former Baywatch actress and her ex-husband, Rick Salomon, released a statement to press, confirming their divorce had been finalized.

"Public divorces can be harsh and cruel - we apologize to our families and friends for any hurt and embarrassment we have caused," the former couple's joint statement to Us Weekly read. "We have come to an amicable agreement and are moving on."

Anderson and Salomon wed for the first time in Oct. 2007, and separated just two months later. Then, months later, Anderson filed for an annulment, claiming she had been defrauded by her then-husband. Years later, in early 2014, Anderson confirmed she and Salomon had wed for a second time, but after just one year together, Anderson filed for divorce -- and Salomon filed for an annulment. In the end, the couple was granted a divorce, and Salomon was forced to give Anderson a fairly hefty payout.

"There are private and personal family sensitivities to consider and we retract any hurtful comments made in haste and distaste," Anderson and Salomon's statement continued. "We wish each other and our families well."

According to a second report, via TMZ, Anderson scored over $1 million in the divorce.

Anderson was married to rocker Tommy Lee from 1995-98, and the pair has two children together. She was also married to Kid Rock from 2006-07.
