Amber Portwood is dating a man much older than she is, and many of her fans haven't responded well to the news.

On Twitter on Thursday, the Teen Mom OG star was confronted by fans who didn't agree with the couple's relationship, and called 43-year-old Baier "so old" and "creepy." Quickly, the reality star defended their relationship.
"The mans body is niiice lol he can be 30 years older idc lol love not hate," Portwood told fans, also adding, "Me and @mattbEPT both have rocky pasts..im not an angel and theres a lot of things were not proud of but people change and were in love."

Portwood began dating Baier in 2014, following her Nov. 2013 release from prison, but kept the relationship secret from fans for months. Then, as she began filming Teen Mom OG at the end of last year, Portwood and Baier became engaged.
In a recent interview, Portwood opened up about her life with Baier, and revealed how their relationship differs from the relationship she had with her ex-boyfriend, Gary Shirley.
"My life now with my new fiancé is amazing and our relationship is completely different than what mine and Gary [Shirley]'s was," she told E! News last month. "There's not really fighting or anything like that. It's not perfect, but we're so happy together. I never thought I could find another man that could make me feel love again, honestly. I feel more love for him than I ever have for anybody."
