He has been trying to prove his innocence and figure out just who was responsible for killing his son, but Ben Crawford (Ryan Phillippe) will be handed one more unpredictable curveball on the season finale of Secrets and Lies.

He is now also on the hunt for his missing daughter Abby (Belle Shouse) and is convinced Tom's mother, Jess (Natalie Martinez) is holding her captive after Ben learned the truth about Jess' other dead child, a daughter named Jane. However, as he tries to find a way into Jess's home and get police help to locate his daughter safely before she too gets into harm's way, Detective Cornell (Juliette Lewis) will drop one more bombshell on him.

"Did Elaine call you?" he asks Cornell after she calls him in a sneak peek clip for the episode.

"Yes, she did," Cornell says.

"Jess has Abby, I don't know what's she's capable of," he says.

"Officers are on their way to you right now," Cornell tells him before saying the last thing he expects to hear.

"Mr. Crawford," she says. "Did you rape Jess Murphy?"

Ben will be stunned by the newest accusations against him, but he will also realize that unlike the initial belief he killed Tom, there would be proof of his having sex with Jess, since the two hooked up the previous night--meaning Jess could have him sent away to prison even though he's innocent.

However, Ben won't make things any easier for himself either--storming to Jess's once again and breaking in--shoving her against the wall and demanding she tell him where Abby is before cops come in and break them up.

"SHE HAS MY DAUGHTER!" he screams at the cops as they force him to let Jess go.

The Secrets and Lies season finale airs Sunday, May 3 at 9 p.m. on ABC.
