Fredrik Eklund and Ryan Serhant are about to work together in the next episode of Million Dollar Listing New York, but is it going to end up badly?

Luis & Ferdrik Have Nasty Battle In Previous Episode Of 'Million Dollar Listing New York'

A sneak peek of the next episode was released on Hollywood Life on Wednesday where Eklund co-lists Serhant as they stage a penthouse. This may have terrible results since these two have been at it with each other in the past, and one can never tell if they can truly put their differences aside.

The penthouse they're looking at is worth a lot of money although it's pretty empty. It could definitely use some touching up so the guys get down to work to see what they can do with it. There are plenty of creative ideas that could come out of this, but the guys are at a rough start.

Eklund considers turning the place into a "bachelor-esque" type of home, but Serhant doesn't seem impressed. He would rather keep the place simple and his partner looks pretty bothered about that.

It gets even more awkward when Eklund has color suggestions that Serhant does not like. In fact, he tells the man that he's much older than him and that they're not in the 90's anymore.

Serhant sarcastically says that he's loving the way they're brainstorming, giving the impression that their chatter could go even further downhill.
