Bayern Munich will play Lille in the Champions League on Wednesday, and will be looking to claim a win to secure their spot in the knock out rounds. They play against a team that currently lies bottom of the group and will be confident of the win.

Bayern Munich manager Josef Heynckes will only make minor adjustments for the contest and will just be ensuring his side keep focus to get the job done.

Heynckes is expected to start most players that beat Hamburg 3-0 on Saturday in their German Bundesliga match.

However, Bayern will miss defender Holger Badstuber, who is still recovering from injury. This could mean a start for Dante against his former club and will be expected to play alongside left-back David Alaba.

French international Franck Ribery will start on the left side of the pitch and will look to support striker Claudio Pizarro.

For Lille anything other than three points from this match will almost guarantee an early exit from the tournament.

However, Mathieu Debuchy and Marko Basa are out, as both players sustained injuries at the weekend. Lille have lost all three games so far while only scoring one goal and conceding six.
