The media and the public have been obsessing over reality star Bruce Jenner's transition into becoming Caitlyn Jenner, something that a number of celebrities have opened up on, including former Hills star Audrina Patridge.

On Sunday, People shared an interview with Patridge who worked with Caitlyn's son Brody on The Hills. When she was asked how Brody felt about his father becoming a female, she mentioned that he cares very deeply for her.

"Brody loves his dad," Patridge said. "The public is one thing, but you don't listen to them, you live your life, who cares, people are going to judge and rip you to pieces regardless."

The reality star also mentioned that there has been some support as well as backlash over Brody and Caitlyn's relationship.

"It's very, very positive, but you do get the mean ones," Patridge revealed. "Overall it's been more positive than negative. There are a lot of people who will relate to it, which is great."

So what does Patridge think of Bruce becoming Caitlyn?

"Caitlyn is beautiful!" the Hills star said. "It's crazy, I'm like whoa!"

Speaking of the Jenner family, Patridge opened up on the Kylie Jenner lip challenge that went viral as people went through insane stunts to plump their lips like Kylie's. Patridge admitted that it was "grossing" her out and advised everyone to watch what they're doing.
