While Kenya Moore made headlines for (possibly) unknowingly dating a married man, it has been revealed how she found out her former prince charming was someone else’s husband.

Moore met James Freeman on Bravo’s The Millionaire Matchmaker and the two seemed to really hit it off. She even gave him a special shoutout on Instagram to show they were still going strong months after they taped the episode. So fans were extremely shocked when she took to her Instagram to reveal that she had found out he was married.

Among countless other questions that fans had, one was how did she discover the news?

An insider told Hollywood Life recently that Moore had noticed many things weren’t adding up in their relationship. So she did a little research.

“Kenya was anxious to get some face time with James again, so she kept mentioning how they should meet up in person, soon, either in L.A. or Atlanta. James kept pushing it off and Kenya just felt something wasn’t right. So she did some snooping on social media and connected the dots and found out that he was actually married! She was pissed!”

They continued and said that once Moore asked Freeman about it, he confessed that was indeed married.

That’s when Moore took to her Instagram to share the news.

“Kenya was so angry! She was heartbroken and definitely shed some tears over this, but she seems fine now. She is going to move on from this and be more careful about the men she dates.”

They added they think Freeman simply went on the show for fame and attention. While rumors swirled that Moore was the one who was looking for publicity and knew that Freeman was married, the source insisted that Moore wasn’t aware of the relationship.
