Kim Richards' lawyer entered a guilty plea on her behalf during a court hearing yesterday.

Kim Richards Lands 3-Book Deal

Following the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star's drunken arrest at the Beverly Hills Hotel in April, she was charged with public intoxication, trespassing, resisting an officer and battery on an officer, but now, she has reportedly been given a chance at evading the charges.

"Richards -- through a lawyer from Robert Shapiro's office -- entered a not guilty plea Thursday to charges of public intoxication, resisting arrest and battery on a cop," TMZ reported on Thursday.

Kim Richards' Ex-Husband Claims She Wasn't Fired From 'RHOBH

"The prosecutor went on record with a plea deal offer for Richards ... three years probation, 30 days of community labor or 30 days county jail, 52 AA classes and payment of restitution to the victim," the source continued.

While Richards may be able to successfully evade the pending charges against her, her arrest and relapse have reportedly cost Richards her role on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Although Bravo has yet to officially announce the news, an Us Weekly source claimed the network was done with the former child actress.

“The RHOBH producers really have no interest in bringing her back to the show," a source told the magazine last week. "Kim needs to get help and it needs to happen outside of the show. There’s no interest in putting her back on television unless she’s addressed her issues. The show didn’t trigger her addiction — and her recovery also needs to happen outside of it.”

Richards' next hearing is set for July 10.
