That has still yet to be confirmed, but new photos of the couple are causing more suspicion. On Sunday, Daily Mail posted pictures of the married Hollywood stars as they took their children to a market located in the Palisades area of Los Angeles.

While Garner looked to be in a care-free mood, Affleck had a serious expression on his face, which might cause some people to wonder if there is something worth worrying about there. At one point, Garner can be seen paying for strawberries where she had a smile on her face. But in other shots of Affleck, he still looked pretty stern.

The kids, on the other hand, seemed to have a nice day out with their parents. Affleck and Garner have two daughters, Violet, 9, and Serpahina, 6. They also have a son, Samuel, 3.

It was reported from OK! Magazine that the actors were planning to end their marriage before their 10-year anniversary at the end of this month. According to the publication, the Oscar winning actor wanted to get it over with before he has to start doing publicity for his upcoming films.

"Ben wants the official statement to come out a few weeks before their 10th anniversary June 29th- which he hopes will give enough time for the news to die down by the time he has to promote Batman v Superman and the other movies he has coming out next year," a source said.
