Following the conclusion of Teen Mom OG, the reality star and young mother gave fans an update on her 6-year-old daughter, Leah, whom she lovingly refers to as her "booboo."

"My little booboo made me this at her friends house..I love my sweety," Portwood captioned the photo.

Earlier this month, Portwood, who became engaged to Matthew Baier during the recently-aired Teen Mom OG, opened up about her dream wedding, revealing she hoped to include her co-stars in the upcoming ceremony.

“I know for sure, my cousin Krystal would be the maid of honor at the wedding because she’s the closest person to me," Portwood explained during a Teen Mom OG: Featured Moment. "She’s like my best friend. And of course I want all the Teen Moms, all the girls, I want them to be my bridesmaids.”

That shouldn't be a problem. After all, Portwood recently told MTV News her co-stars "loved" Baier.

“I know I don’t want to sound like it’s so perfect, but honestly, none of them had anything bad to say," she claimed. "Even when I kind of like, pulled them to the side and was like, ’Do you think he’s cute? Do you think he’s too old? Like, tell me what do you think,’ they were like, ’No, no, You guys are great together. No, we really like Matt.'”
