After returning home from treatment on Saturday, the Teen Mom 2 star shared several re-tweets with fans. In one of those re-tweets, Messer spoke of being "knocked down."

Will Jeremy Calvert's Rumored New Girlfriend Appear On 'Teen Mom 2?'
In another re-tweet, just moments later, Messer hinted she was moving on from her divorce from Jeremy Calvert.

Messer and Calvert parted ways at the end of last year, following Calvert's claims of Messer cheating on him with her ex-boyfriend, Robbie Kidd. Then, in June of this year, after allegedly attempting to salvage their marriage, the couple's divorce was finalized.
“Leah participated on the phone from rehab,” an insider told In Touch Weekly earlier this month. “They had an uncontested divorce. The terms, including a custody arrangement for Adalynn, were agreed upon prior to the hearing. It was all over in about 15 minutes.”
Since then, Messer has reportedly moved on with her trainer, Theodore "T.R" Dues, and Calvert has moved moved on with Brooke Wehr, a single mother from Ohio,
