Morin is a psychotherapist who initially wrote a web post by the same title, which went viral and resulted in her expanding it to book form. Morin has witnessed countless people choose to succeed despite facing enormous challenges, which is what inspired the initial web post. Resilience is profound.

Anyway, Sattler is reading this book now.

This book delves into that. It affirms and inspires, which Sattler is keen on.

The book also teaches its readers how mental health requires just as much effort as physical health in terms of healthy habits, including positive thoughts, exercise and consistent hard work.

All of these things are what Sattler is all about.
