Yolanda Foster continues to struggle with Lyme disease as the sixth season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills begins filming.

Although Foster has yet to recover from her Dec. 2014 relapse, the longtime reality star and model has been sure to keep fans in the loop with her progress, and on Wednesday, she shared a new post on Instagram.

"Once you choose hope anything is possible," read a meme posted on Instagram. In the caption, Foster wrote, "Note to Self....... #WeMustFindACure #AffordableForAll #ChronicLymeDiseaseAwareness."

Also this week on Instagram, Foster shared the above photo of herself at the hospital with her daughter, Bella Hadid. In the caption, she wrote, "No place I would rather be then right by your side my love @bellahadid #ByeByeTonsils #HealthIsYourWealth."

Foster joined the cast of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills during season three, as a close friend of Lisa Vanderpump. Since then, she has appeared on the show in a full-time role. However, because of her ongoing struggles with Lyme disease, she may be forced to take on a reduced role for the upcoming sixth season, which recently began filming.

While Foster was able to complete season five, her role on the reunion special was extremely limited, hinting she would not be an official season six housewife. 

Foster was also unable to continue with her weekly Bravo blogs after her relapse last year.
