Scott Disick's Ex-Girlfriend Chloe Bartoli Reportedly Dated Jared Leto

Following a scandalous vacation, Disick, who was caught getting cozy with ex-girlfriend Chloe Bartoli, is reportedly being encouraged to enter treatment.

"Kourtney was peeved about Disick missing Penelope's party at Disneyland on Wednesday, and she was told some of Disick's pals feel it's more evidence he's off the wagon again," TMZ reported on Thursday. "They've been trying to convince him to get treatment -- even before the bday screw up -- and they think they're on a deadline. Scott's scheduled to host a party Friday night at 1Oak in Las Vegas ... which the friends think is a dire mistake."

After photos surfaced of Disick and Bartoli together in Southern France, Kardashian reportedly dumped her longtime boyfriend, choosing to parent their three children, Mason, Penelope and Reign, by herself.

While Disick's friends reportedly want him in treatment, an Us Weekly report on Thursday claimed he already went -- but left just hours later.

"Friends got really worried about Scott after he went on a bender during his France trip and urged him to enter a rehab facility," the insider said.

According to the insider, Disick's brief rehab stint occurred on Sunday, July 5, the same day photos of him and Bartoli hit the web.
