Harrison Ford unexpectedly made his first public appearance since his shocking plane crash earlier this year.

Harrison Ford's Plane Crash Did Not Stop Him From Flying Again

The actor was flying a small pilot plane last March when he crashed into an LA golf course and had to be taken to the hospital. But based on Friday's report from E! News, he got himself back onto his feet and looks healthier than ever when he showed up at Comic-Con in San Diego, California to promote Star Wars: Episode VII with co-stars Daisy Ridley, Oscar Isaac, Carrie Fisher and others.

When Ford was asked how he was doing since the accident, he said, "I'm fine...great."

Overall, he seemed pretty happy to be there and be a part of this film.

"I never thought that we would do another," Ford said about the anticipated Star Wars flick where he will reprise his role as Han Solo. "I was very gratified when I read the script."

The audience was also lucky enough to see a reel at the festival that is available for all the Star Wars obsessives out there. It shows some favorite characters, including R2D2- and then the action starts happening. Actors can also be seen having a magical time with each other and dishing on how wonderful it was to be a part of this film.

Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens hits theaters on December 18.
