'Attack on Titan' Fans Take To Twitter To Express Disappointment In Season 2 Premiere Announcement

In the trailer, there are English subtitles, making it easy to follow along if you're not a Japanese speaker or reader.

The trailer starts off dramatically as it states, "Over 100 years ago," before continuing with "giant humanoid creatures called Titans suddenly appeared and nearly wiped out humanity."

As this is being shared it appears as though drawing-like images of these Titans destroying civilization appear.

"Civilization has collapsed," is mentioned next as a Titan eats a tiny human.

"The survivors of the Great Titan War built three giant walls to preserve peace," is revealed next as the drawing-like images become life-like with actual actors.

Then the chaos ensues once again in live-action. The Titans cause people to go flying like ragdolls due to their powerful actions of breaking down the walls.

Eren (Haruma Miura) is then seen enlisting to wipe out all the Titans.

"In order to reclaim our land, we must embark on this glorious mission. Offer up your hearts!," is commanded by Eren's leader of him and his fellow comrades who plan to combat the Titans.

A massive action sequence is then teased of the human soldiers fighting the Titans.
