Kim Richards is no longer in rehab -- according to the latest report.

On Tuesday, word hit the web claiming the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star recently left rehab in the middle of the night.

"Kim packed her bags, and left the Malibu facility over the weekend -- fleeing under the cover of darkness," TMZ reported. "Although she lasted more than 30 days ... we're told she'd had enough because she wasn't getting along with the staff, including the doctors."

On Friday, mentioned TMZ, Richards' niece, Nicky Hilton, tied the knot in London, England, with many members of her family at her side. In addition to mother Kathy Hilton and sister Paris, Hilton was joined by her aunt, Kyle Richards, as well as her daughters.

A second report, via Radar Online, claimed that while Richards had left rehab, she was planning to continue treatment in an outpatient facility.

"Kim left the inpatient program. But she will continue to do outpatient," their source explained. "She said that she was finally cured and is ready to get on with her life because she has so many projects right now and in-patient rehab does not fit into her schedule.”

Sadly, not everyone was on board with Richards' decision to leave the Malibu rehab facility.

“Almost everyone in the program told her that it was not a good idea to leave treatment early, that she could relapse, but she didn’t listen,” the source added.
